Coaches, assistant coaches, or involved parents are encouraged to go out and watch the UK Soccer Coaches as much as possible to observe their coaching techniques.  Observing the UK Soccer staff in action will offer great ideas that can be very helpful in practices.  Attending the Adult Player's camp is another way to gain a better understanding of the game and thus increase your level of coaching.
